After gaining experience in the field of chemistry, I recognized my true passion lay in the software industry, prompting a shift in my career trajectory. I transitioned into the software realm through training provided by Bilge Adam. My academic background has honed my analytical thinking and detailed analysis skills, which I aim to integrate into the software domain, particularly focusing on Test/Analysis.To broaden my skill set, I pursued Project Management Expertise training at İTÜ SEM, taking my initial steps into project management methodologies. During my tenure as a Software Test Specialist, I assumed the role of Scrum Master for my team, unveiling my fervor for Agile methodologies. As a dedicated Scrum Master, the role excites me as I strive to embody authentic leadership.Facilitating smoother, faster workflows and discovering unique agile approaches for the team brings me immense satisfaction.
