• Partner and lead Business Units’ budgeting for Plan, Update, LBE and LRP processes in alignment with Operations and Corporate requirements to set and reinforce consistent acts with the company’s stated strategy and performance expectations.• Plays a key business advisory role, acting as a strategic cross functional business partner, owning the annual operating plans (Plan, LRP and LBE) and accelerating the design and implementation of the finance evolution• Track performance against key targets and outcomes and produce regular corporate level management information to senior management provides with clear insights into drivers of business and financial performance and risk; assesses business/market opportunities and informs/recommends prioritization decisions• Project manage end-to-end delivery of financial forecasting processes, including communications, timetables and data requirements, ensuring that deliverables are reasonably predictable of future results.• Act as critical business partner with the Area team in designing and improving the Corporate reporting process.• Business partner of Commercial units in all financial aspects in terms of demand planning and supply chain issues and sales performance and accounting and financial policy perspectives.• Manage the month-end close cycle, effectively partnering with the business and accounting team to align, anticipate and understand financial implications of business decisions• Manage Headcount and capital expenditures of the company from planning and financial perspective, submit regular reporting to Area when required.
