I lead a variety of organizational priorities including select development projects from conception, through Site Plan and execution, Historical Augmented Reality projects and other innovative cross-corporate projects.I also lead the ongoing Business Retention and Expansion program including the development and analysis of surveys, conducting interviews, and providing solutions to companies who identify concerns. I am also responsible for the execution of a multi-faceted economic development marketing campaign including the creation and writing of the blog www.whereworkmeetsplay.com, a successful media relations campaign including the capture of various GTA media opportunities and a robust social media campaign. In this role, I lead a variety of economic development projects and support team members and senior management in research, policy direction and data analysis. I am the staff liaison to the Main Street BIA where I provide continuity between boards, key communication with the Town and assist with strategic planning.
