Product owner of Investment and Asset Management Team established in Corporate and Commercial Banking Marketing Division which mainly focuses on end-to-end Asset and Liability Management Solutions for clients within Isbank Group. Team’s focus: • Treasury Marketing: Extending the use of FX, Interest Rate, Commodity derivatives amongst our clients for hedging purposes. Also embedding derivatives to deposits for yield pick-up and loans for cheapening. Working for tailor made products based on clients’ industrial focus.• Cooperating with subsidiaries: Extending our product range with cooperation of our financial subsidiaries such as Is Investment, Is Asset Management, Is Leasing and Is Factoring in related fields. Covered subjects are IPO’s Bills and Bonds issuing, M&A, risk management support for FX and interest rate, contacting with angel investors to find investments for start-up businesses. Isbank has a purpose – developed start-up program called Workup. It provides a good potential client base for that matter. • Sustainability: Promoting ESG products within the Isbank Group in order to reduce both our clients’ and Isbank’s carbon footprint and increase financial literacy.• Innovation: Supporting the Bank’s digital transformation and innovation in Team’s related fields.

Worked on the compliance project of Isbank for Uncleared Margin Rules as a stage 6 financial institution. Prepared RFI (Request for Information) document for implementing top to toe collateral manaegment suite to our business, in collaboration with risk management and accounting divisions. Prepared presentations for IBOR transition and its effects on our Bank. Supported communication and calculation process for daily maintenance margins provided from our counterparties.
