I have a bachelor's degree in mass communication/media studies from Gregory University, where I learned the fundamentals of media production, communication theory, and journalism. Since July 2021, I have been working as a commission sales associate at MacAegis NIG LTD, a company that specializes in bidding, procurement, shipping, and clearing of vehicles and heavy duty machines from various countries. My core competencies include customer relationship management (CRM), retail, and HSE management systems.In my current role, I work with a team of marketing staff to identify and attract potential customers, negotiate and close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. I use my CRM and retail skills to build rapport with clients, understand their needs and preferences, and offer them the best solutions and services. I also apply my HSE management knowledge to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards and regulations.
