Supporting the delivery of a well-focused stakeholder engagement programme including party political conferences. Managing social media activity on Twitter.Coordinating awards submissions.

Ensuring the effective and efficient running of the Chief Executive’s Office by providing proactive support to the Chief Executive and Assistant Director, Chief Executive’s Office across a range of activities.Assiting with public relations and events as part of 150th Anniversary programme.Drafting briefings, presentations and reports as requested.Carrying out administrative tasks in the Chief Executive’s Office, including processing financial transactions.Assisting the Chief Executive and Assistant Director, Chief Executive’s Office in managing relationships with key external stakeholders and partners and delivering a programme of stakeholder engagement.Assisting in co-ordinating and planning Executive Team meetings and events.Undertaking ad hoc research as requested.
