About Burak Ozbek

I graduated from Yıldız Technical University "Mechanical Engineering" (2018). I completed my master's degree in "Engineering and Technology Management" at Galatasaray University (2021).In the first year of my university education (2013), I pioneered the establishment of the Star DBF team to participate in the Design&Build&Fly (DBF) competition held in the USA. As the Star DBF Team, we were proud to be ranked 34th among 100 teams in 2014 and 10th among 100 teams in 2015 with the aircraft designed in 2014, 2015 and 2016.My dream since high school; to work in the aviation field. For this reason, I worked part-time in the field of aircraft design at BAYKAR DEFENSE until I graduated from the 2nd year of university.After my undergraduate degree (2017), I started my career as an "Aircraft Design Engineer" in the same institution. I have been working as a "Concept Development Leader" since 2019. The projects I worked for at Baykar Defense were the FIRST (like Turkey's first tactical unmanned aerial vehicle (Bayraktar TB2) that entered the inventory, Turkey's first flying car (Cezeri)-) that had not been done before. I create the requirements of a project starting from scratch and coordinate all the activities from design, analysis and testing activities to mass production for these requirements.At the same time, I am the "Volunteer" of the Turkey Technology Team (T3) Foundation, which was established to support national and domestic technology, and I am a "Member of Advisory and Evaluation Board - Chief Arbitrator" in competitions organized by the foundation organization (Teknofest 18, 19, 20, 21).For detailed information, you can review my profile and contact me.Email: eburak.ozbek@gmail.com
