I am an result orientated profile with an structured, analytical and detail-oriented approach to all assignments. It’s my responsibility to secure that the business’ requirements on pricing & promotion is met by the system. Furthermore I am the Head of the Organisational Change Managemet (OCM) process for ecommerce. This includes both a high-level coordination of the education for all the e-commerce related topics and face-to-face education of super users on P&P. So in the meat balance process, I calculate when we have the meat available and inform the sales directors when they can have the whished meat cuts and inform the if they have to set up new activities. This is done both in the budget process, but is also an ongoing process, if we can see, that the market shifts.S&OP proces: I deliver data to the S&OP proces, such as accuracy in the past, so we know where have been, but also data for the future so we know where we are going. In my job I have insights in the end to end process, both from our customers customer to out supliers. -
