At SpinChem my role is to lead a team of engaged engineers in chemistry and physics to assist your solid - liquid process development. We treat and transform properties of liquids in several different industries such as catalyzing reactions in pharmaceutical industry, reducing radioactivity in nuclear related environments or removing contaminants as pesticides or PFAS PFOS substances in industrial and natural liquids. We are a team of problem solvers. We take responsibility.

My own consultancy company for everything that I consider fun and match my passions and has to do with moderation, charing events, but also lectures about entrepreneurship, innovation and innovation management and so on.Consultancy within analytical-, surface-, material- and polymer chemistry was the reason I started the company after defended my PhD thesis.

Development and marketing of rotating flow cells. Our SpinChem technology is used in several different application areas, all with one common denominator, solid phase chemistry. Such as biocatalysts, ion exchange resins, activated carbons but also soft particles which can't be used in other known reactor systems.

I worked on development and optimisation of the manufacturing processes of a solid supported, macro porous palladium catalyst. By changing the recipe and process we maximised the loading of metal.Then focus shifted to devices for efficient chemical processes and the development of the rotating bed reactor. Used for catalysis and metal scavenging at that time.

I was running two different projects; First assisting with setting up a quality control system for chemical analysis of nutrients in sea water. I wrote standard operational procedures and modified the software for controlling the instrument, data collection and post treatment. 

I also designed, built and implemented a fibre optic multiplexer to use one analytical sensor to measure ten different channels of oxygen consumption by water living organisms. I developed and wrote a software (LabVIEW) to control the instrument and acquire data. The system was used in field on ships conduction oceanographic research.

I developed a temperature controller and rebuild a flame atomic absorption spectrometer with an oven to get more stable temperature for analysis of different species of arsenic in sea water. By this technology it was possible to improve the sensitivity of the analysis and monitoring was important for the region since a lot of arsenic pollution in the Mekong river comes from the Himalayas.The project was financed by SIDA - Sweden’s government agency for development cooperation.
