I am a dedicated Elementary ESOL Teacher currently working in Baltimore County Public Schools. I am passionate about facilitating language acquisition and fostering a supportive learning environment for my diverse students. At Milligan University, I earned degrees in Intercultural Studies, International Studies, and Spanish which all contribute to my layered understanding of language complexities and my appreciation for cultural exchange. In my current role, I specialize in equipping young learners with essential English language skills and collaborating with school staff to provide a comprehensible, inclusive education experience for all MLs. Building on my experiences in Las Palmas, Spain, I am continuing to hone my skills in connecting with students and their families across cultural and linguistic gaps.Alongside teaching, I am pursuing a Master of Arts in TESOL, which decisively complements and enhances my practical experiences in language education.
