The Azure Group (TAG) provides a forum for IT professionals to discuss and share expertise in understanding the technologies available through the Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services.  As organizations look to add cloud technologies to their suite of IT solutions, new technologies, new infrastructure opportunities, new development methodologies, and challenges arise. The Microsoft Modern Workplace User Group was created to connect IT professionals and decision makers who work with Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Windows 10 and everything in between. We meet approximately every six weeks to share knowledge and network with peers in the industry.

- Subject matter expert and trusted advisor in Azure, Office 365, Exchange and Skype for Business.- Delivered highly-complex hands-on discovery, architectural and implementation engagements. - Acted as the technical expert escalation point for all Professional Services engagements and Managed Services contracts.- Evaluated completed projects for optimization and coordinate teams to update offerings for future iterations.- Delivered user adoption, training and envisioning sessions.- Worked closely with sales, marketing and delivery teams to guide customers from envisioning solutions through to proposal generation (Statements of Work and RFPs).- Worked closely with the business development team in the technical qualification of new sales opportunities, document customer requirements and articulate the value proposition of Microsoft solutions to potential and current customers.- Provided strategic consulting to organizations in all vertical markets.- Acted as trusted advisor by actively participating and playing a key role in the pre-sales, architecture, design, implementation and post-implementation components of each project.

A Business Improvement Area (BIA) is made up of commercial and industrial property owners and their non-residential tenants who join together under a volunteer Board of Management (BIA Board) to carry out improvements and promote economic development within their designated area.Administration and strategic management of a BIA is the responsibility of the BIA Board. Among their responsibilities, BIA Boards:- Oversee the improvement, beautification and maintenance of municipally-owned land, buildings and structures in the business improvement area- Promote the business improvement area as a business, employment, tourist or shopping area- Undertake safety, security and crime-prevention initiatives- Prepare strategic plans to address BIA issues- Advocate on behalf of the interests of the BIA

- Senior Technical Specialist responsible for architecting, deploying, maintaining and supporting core IT infrastructure services with a strong focus in Microsoft solutions. - Subject Matter Expert in the areas of Active Directory, Server Infrastructure, Unified Communication, Telecom and Messaging.- Actively participated and played a key role in cross-departmental projects.- Liaised with external vendors, consultants and service providers.
