Specifically, the online tool would allow people to upload their designs, and enable others to offer 'votes' ('likes') and allowing top voters to be invited at Nokia HQ for a more extensive week-long fun week of collaboration between designers and consumers (Nokia was then as cool as Apple is today, but was showing signs of going astray by not listening to the market and consumer needs). The concept was translated by Nokia Europe as Nokia Lounge - and became a 'design competition' platform. The winning design was a phone that became a bracelet, phone, night stand watch etc... -
