Accomplishment thus far include:- Lead implementation of monthly 4-day operator lead CI Kaizen events. - CI Events have contributed to $603K in annualized savings. - Developed separate annual strategy road maps to deliver on safety and CI targets. Along with $14MM in equipment and facility expansion capital expenditures.- Improved site productivity 21% from 15.26 hr/tont to 12.00 hr/ton through robotics automation, CI principals and executing staffing and training plans.

    After nearly nine years with Leedo Building Solutions I moved to Houston to complete my MBA and be closer to campus. I returned to Oil and Gas when I joined GP&C in 2014 as a Manufacturing Manager over their assembly departments. With-in a few months I was given the opportunity to oversee all aspects of their Houston material manufacturing operation. I utilized my past experience in MRP development to create my teams operation's KPI dashboard using the pareto principle to identify opportunities. I conducted and led multiple Kaizen events, and helped establish the on-boarding process that ensured every employee joining our team received Lean and 5S training. I oversaw the development of dozens of standard operating procedures, and signed off on dozens more operator training plans and certifications. Here as with other companies I went after a scalable and lean operation strategy to manage through periods of decline and high growth. For example, a trained and skilled workforce provides the luxury of deploying resources to open and close specific production centers with market demand.
