As a Team Leader at Stanley Black & Decker, I led the Central Demand Planning team for the EMEA ANZ region, managing a large portfolio of products and customers. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure accurate demand forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and improve customer service. I also supported the implementation of new tools and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the demand planning function.I have an M.A. in Global Supply Chain and Operations Management from the Berlin School of Economics and Law, where I gained valuable knowledge and skills in supply chain strategy, analytics, and innovation. I also have a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Sabanci University. I graduated with high honors and participated in an exchange program at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Additionally, I completed the Unilever Future Leaders Program, a prestigious and selective leadership development program, where I worked as a Demand Planner for 1.5 years, delivering excellent results and receiving recognition for my performance. I am passionate about supply chain management and its impact on business performance and sustainability.
