Ux Lead
Current• Work on problem framing, goal setting, concept development, research, and implementation to marketing strategy for defining end-to-end user journey and core experiences across platforms • Leverage qualitative and quantitative data insights for providing strategic and tactical direction to deliver meaningful, innovative solutions that address user pain points with business goals in mind.• Lead projects across the product lifecycle. Work with UX, product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver and monitor product health.• Present work in different stages to articulate the design process, inspiration, and data-informed decisions to internal teams, and stakeholders, including C-suite executives.• Create and facilitate a collaborative environment, process, and design system that supports consistent, accessible, and inclusive UX principles and methods across devices and channels• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design and implementation from the ground up.• Monitor design and implementation performance to iterate and improve on the solutions.• Plan, prioritize, and manage tasks for the design teams, and assist in planning and prioritizing work for engineering teams.• Mentor and grow fellow designers and their skills by assisting, providing feedback, and partnering on projects.
