• Responsible from Sales & Marketing, Product Development and Reinsurance• Main concentration is to develop Bancassurance business of the company and give marketing support of 746 branch offices of Halk Bank. • Managing 8 Halk Sigorta branch offices and 520 agencies of the company. • Create SME products / easy sell poliçies for personal customers of the bank • Expand corporate & commercial policies of the existing clients by cross sell and upsell facilities • Follow up sales facilities of branch offices and bank channels and report outcomes to Board of Directors of Halk Sigorta • Set up yearly proportional & non proportional reinsurance agreements and follow all facultative reinsurance risks

• Reporting to Director, responsible from Casualty products (personal & corporate clients)• Financial lines ( Directors & Officers , Professional Indemnity), Personal Accident, Travel Health and Credit Insurance• Portfolio management through concentrating on technical profit and writing profitable & short term risks such as personal accident, travel health, bankassurance products • Implementation of International Insurance Programs for Corporate Groups and Key Accounts • Business development in terms of seeking cross & up selling opportunities for comprehensive products; i.e Product liability & Recall, D&O, PI • Introduction of easy sell and pre-underwritten products for agency channel

• Reporting to General Manager, responsible from profitability of casualty, crisis management, environmental liability & commercial motor fleet lines of business• Preparing yearly budget of the department and developing strategies for achiving budget targets,• Responsible for co-ordinating the relations and insurance needs of all brokers with responsible Departments, • Responsible for determining all Branch Offices’ yearly Liability sales objectives according to the company’s objective,• Responsible for leading, training, informing, and updating the staff in branches, agencies and brokers about new developments, products and the process, • Responsible for launching new products,• Aggressive sales and marketing through product development and multiple distribution channels,

• Reporting to Assistant General Manager, responsible for all lines of business of Corporate Clients (excluding Marine) • All Reinsurance Works / RI Structure of the Company (treaty renewals, reinsurance accounting, RI reports for management, all facultative lines ) • Special projects (i.e stock throughput study with Dogus Group, all technical & reinsurance issues of health product Sağlığım Garanti’de , shortfall RI study with Swiss Re)• Handling all tender business, fronting accounts, • Management of Garanti Sigorta Health Division & Operations Department,

• Reports directly to the General Manager, responsible from proportional – non proportional treaties and all facultative reinsurance placements & treaty renewals, • Follow up reinsurance profitability of the company; Treaty Statistics, Quarterly RI Reports, • RI accounting, Quarterly Reinsurance Bordereaux & yearly RI commission calculations
