ı worked the duration of 9 weeks for the summer of 2024 at Camp Comstock.During her time at camp, I worked as a camp counselor and was responsiblefor the health and safety of the campers on property, as well as getting themto and from each activity on time. I collaborated with other staff membersto ensure that all our campers had the best summer possible. This jobwas no small task. Camp Comstock ran both a day and overnight campsimultaneously for the first time. I seamlessly transitioned between both dayand overnight camp fulfilling the needs of the programs. I was also trained andhelped oversee our Archery program and implemented safety guidelines forboth day and overnight camp.This role requires problem-solving skills, interaction with children of differentages, conflict resolution, as well as being flexible with the needs of twoseparate programs
