Following my academic interest in Europe, I successfully completed my PhD in sociology & anthropology where I presented my ethnographic studies about migration in France. Then I shifted my route to the NGO sector in Istanbul. As an NGO professional at IBC with 4 years of experience I worked as Manager of protection, social cohesion, non-formal education, capacity building, woman entrepreneurship, and emergency response (during earthquake response in Southern Türkiye) projects. After NGO sector, my enthusiasms for research brought me to Ipsos Turkiye where I use my academic skills for business world & market strategy & social matters. Designing research proposals, questionnaires, internally communicating with support departments such as field & production, analyzing large datasets, reporting & presenting data-driven results with insights, communicating clients, organizing brief meetings and follow-ups are my daily tasks to fulfill as Research Manager.
