I am a Spring 2016 graduate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University – Bloomington. My love for manipulating numbers and data led me to pursue a degree in Information and Process Management. Due to my technological background, I am proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office. My ability to learn quickly has allowed me to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. For example, in my current role as an IT Operations Engineer, I was required to learn a new application in a short period of time to help stabilize a volatile environment and increase company profits. I have been fortunate enough to receive recognition and a "teamGM" award for my proficiency in supporting this production-critical application.I also enjoy being a leader and helping out my community. I've combined both of these characteristics when I organized and supervised a fundraiser, benefiting the Red Cross, and a group volunteer event supporting the Central Texas Food Bank. Although I enjoy taking the lead and organizing roles, I also know it is beneficial to be "just part of the team". I have collaborated with numerous peers throughout the last two years of my career to complete many tasks and projects. I plan to continue to take advantage of collaboration and teamwork to further my skills development and to become a better employee and teammate.
