- Responsible for the execution of all export/import/ cross trade mattersincluding ensuring compliance with all organizational policies andprocedures, monitoring all financial and currency transactions. - Follow up and organization of all procedures, contracts(GAFTA/FOSFA), agreements & relations - Maintaining communication with customs agents, transportation companies, and customers to ensure an efficient and seamless process, an expert at shipping volume management skilled at maximizing available space to reduce costs. - Offering solutions to problematic situations related to the execution processes ,- Being responsible for the technical purchasing processes (MRO, spare parts, machinery, mechanical / electrical / construction projects) both locally and globally- Managing tender relationships effectively, developing alternatives constantly and sourcing tenders both locally and globally.- Organizing, tracking and controlling the execution of purchasing process in coordination with other departments.- Managing the Warehousing and Distribution operations.- Management of Stock Management across our Manufacturing Facility, and 3PLs, to ensure maximum stock accuracy, at all times, - Monitoring quality, quantity, cost, taxation and efficiency of the move and storage of goods;

- Following freight market, negotiating freight/bargaining with shipping lines, following the performances of shipping lines,- Following the inventories and insurances of all warehouses, planning replenishment,- Checking the letters of credit and documents,- Following the payments and payment performances of customers, customer communication regarding the logistic matters- Organizing customer orders and shipment plans, controlling customs procedures,- Obtaining necessary approvals and permissions from competent authorities - Handling customs clearance and transportation with the customs and transportation agencies- Controlling all shipment documents and providing the consistency between the documents, payment conditions like cash against documents , letter of credits, cash against goods,etc-Chartering and nominating of the vessels, being responsible for bulk shipments-SAP key user

- Export documents within a specific time to prepare properly and to check compliance with the legislation. - Handling customs clearance and transportation with the customs and transportation agencies - Work with other departments involved in the process, must be made to share information with customers abroad.

Provide HR administrative functions in the areas of recruitment, training and development, people and performance management and employee relations- Developing and executing recruitment plans especially for direct sales team- Competency-based interviewing and conducting assessment centers - Supporting training need assessment and planning trainings - Designing and implementing motivational activities & organizations to support employee satisfaction - Supporting the process of scholarships which are given by ITO

Supporting to organize trade fairs and meetingsSupporting to prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. Analyzing report of meetingMeasuring and assessing exporter Forecasting and tracking marketing and sales trends, and analyzing collected data. Measuring the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
