+ Report directly to Group CEO and Board of Management+ Responsible for the Group’s overall strategy and work planning; participation in the senior management team meetings; and attendance at the Board of Directors meetings when relevant.+ Responsible for overseeing, managing and evolving all aspects related to Group’s digital transformation projects, hardware, operating systems, software and application universe+ Manage large groups for various projects in Group and Group companies (Core ERP, Treasury, Budget & Reporting, CRM, B2B/B2C Sales...etc.)+ Manage existing systems and lead development of new projects from inception through delivery into a production environment and to manage all IT capabilities+ Responsible for managing all vendors and their performance+ Work closely with staff, especially directors and managers, to assess the needs of users within the context of their business environment+ Work with people at all levels in the organization and with people from many cultural backgrounds

+ Develop and implement strategy, structure and best practices across Group companies+ Support local businesses to grow and develop+ Maintain and share group knowledge through workshops and site visits with Group companies+ Follow and implement global and local trends in corporate governance best practices+ Liaises with relevant departments and coordinates working teams and advisors to enable effective project management

+ Analyzing the customer needs for high priority industries of Turkcell Corporate Business to improve new business opportunities / solutions that will increase Corporate VAS revenue,+ Performing all business development activities regarding the realization of these solutions and organization for internal operations,+ Making special tender offer by analyzing the feasibility and product profitability in the need of customer-specific, flexible solution for Turkcell VAS products,+ Attending /supporting the industry specific working groups as a team leader or participant,+ Creating solution matrixes in order to support Solution Sales team to ensure the realization of related solutions in different industries and segments.

+ Development of business plans & processes for topline growth and/or bottom line cost control+ Management of sales & service projects in accordance with the agreed business plan and commercial targets+ Controlling the implementation of the projects in every channel (call center, shops, online media..etc.)+ Being responsible and act as first point of contact for all reporting and presentations to the stakeholders regarding the status+ Act as consultant in other department projects within Vodafone

To lead the pre-sales, transition, transformation & renegotiation phases of IT & Business Process Outsourcing projects,+ Ensuring the optimal use of resources.+ Determining the project organization+ Providing input into client meetings, ensuring that there is a clear definition of requirements and that the development work meets these requirements.+ Controlling the implementation of the project in accordance with the agreed plan.+ Being responsible for all reporting to client and management regarding the status of the project, cost management, and project needs+ Ensuring that the technical solution meets customer requirements at all stages of the project, including formal acceptance.+ Providing the unit manager with suggestions on the development of the people involved in the projects. + Acting as candidate PM during pre-sales phase
