Produced and lead production, development and execution of fan-forward and privateevents and premieres for studios and streaming services, including Netflix (Cobra KaiSeason 5 Premiere & Netflix Family Summer), Paramount+, HBO, Disney.- Lead the creative development, design and fabrication of scenic elements, installationsand builds.- Oversee all aspects of production leading with creative direction, budgeting, creatingproduction schedules and planning, ticketing, staffing, load-in & load-out, installationsand builds, post event reporting.- Manage vendors and partners including catering, fabrication, tech rentals, power,security, parking, custodial.- Point of contact for studio and network clients, communicating with cross-functionalteams with progress updates, scheduling regular meetings.- Development and acquiring of promotional items.- Recruit and manage vendors for fabrication, food and beverage, power, security,parking, custodial.- Maintain relationships with venues , securing locations and dates.- Create pitch decks and budgets, lead creative concept development of projects.
