I have cultivated a diverse background that spans intercultural experiences, volunteerism, and professional roles in the tourism sector. As an exchange student in Italy during 2013-2014, I immersed myself in a new culture, fostering a deep appreciation for global perspectives. Since then, I have been a volunteer with AFS Intercultural Programs, engaging in training programs focused on intercultural communication and conflict management.My professional journey began with involvement in fair organizations during university, where I gained foundational skills in event management and customer relations. Subsequently, I dedicated my summers to roles as a guest relations agent and front desk agent in the tourism sector, honing my customer service expertise and organizational abilities.In addition to my roles in tourism, I have served as a translator and editor, collaborating with esteemed entities like Design&Live. This multifaceted experience reflects my passion for diverse work environments and continuous learning opportunities.I am enthusiastic about leveraging my rich background and skills to contribute effectively to new challenges.
