My experience is in Project and Team Management of Municipal and Corporate Clients with projects of various sizes. I am the Public Safety/Mission Critical Architect for the firm. I believe that an approach to any project, big or small, is to provide clients with superior and quality service and leadership. I also believe that we are to deliver excellent, functional architecture, that is grounded in the enhancing of the client's business or community in which they live and work.My personal objectives are to continually grow and improve myself so that I can continue to lead in the most effective and professional manner. I also see myself as a mentor and coach, one who puts people in a place to succeed, encourages them in their endeavors, and challenges them to continually grow and develop themselves. I challenge each individual to reach and achieve the client's goals and expectations for each project. This in turn, will ultimately help them achieve their goals. It is important to encourage them to be successful and to think outside the box at every stage of the project.
