Acting as PM for implementation: plant readiness (equipment and systems), integration with partners, connection to EU Hub, validation of process, equipment and systems, finished product qualification;- Innovative: defined aggregation as standard, automated integration between LMS, Label Management, ERP, WMS, L4, to customers and authorities;- Responsible for serialization matters during audits. Data Integrity Team Leadership (From 2016)- Creating DI Governance Policy and ensuring its application company-wide;- Conducting Assessment of DI Failure Risk for all 200+ computerized systems and QMS documents and forms, Creation and Monitoring of related CAPAs;- Responsible for DI matters during audits. Technology Transfer Project Management (From 2020)- PM duty for Technology Transfer of two products families in US (12 SKUs) and Canada (2 SKUs);- PM duty for In-license Transfer of five product families in US (8 SKUs) and Canada (1 SKU);- Responsible for US SKUs serialization and IT Master Data accuracy of transfer projects.

During this 2-year VIE contract, I have been a key player in improving our site performance within the Valeo Thermal Systems BU reporting ranking, both in terms of reported data accuracy and delivery time.Also my SAP implementation experience allowed me to be leading the continuous improvement of our SAP system, as well as implementing new flows inside it.

Besides ensuring the day-to-day plant controlling activities, I have been part of the SAP implementation Project Committee as Responsible of the CO module. This has implied to completely redefine the company Cost Centers structure and Product Costing model, to set the CO module configuration, the Financial Master Data and the migration flows structure, and to manage a specific mini-project for CO-PA.
