Sr. Customer Success Manager
Current• Manage implementation projects for SMB & Enterprise accounts.• Manage EHR integration projects (HL7/API).• Conduct customer workflow analyses to identify areas for improvement and how to implement software.• Gather & map customer integration use cases.• Collaborate with the integration development team to build the integration best suited for the customer.• Facilitate user onboarding and training.• Manage customer adoption and success to ensure high satisfaction, drive product engagement and foster long-term relationships.• Partner with the sales and account management team to effectively transition customers from onboarding to ongoing relationship management.• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.• Implement internal workflow and documentation policies/procedures. • Work with the product development team to enhance the user experience and drive ongoing product development.
