As a Supplier Care Specialist my job is to act as liason between our warehouse management team our suppliers and the client by keeping direct communication between all parties via Email or phone, part of the responsibilities with my suppliers is to, first of all, on board them to the project providing critical information on how to make their shipments to our warehouse and general regulations that need to be fulfilled to import the material to Mexico, assist with account management in our… Show more As a Supplier Care Specialist my job is to act as liason between our warehouse management team our suppliers and the client by keeping direct communication between all parties via Email or phone, part of the responsibilities with my suppliers is to, first of all, on board them to the project providing critical information on how to make their shipments to our warehouse and general regulations that need to be fulfilled to import the material to Mexico, assist with account management in our Lognet portal tool, delivery and billing inquiries; my job is to also assist on the shipment part of the process by making sure our suppliers send all needed info such as commercial documents and by following up with their shipment until it arrives our cross dock in el Paso and our customs team are able to import the material to our warehouse in Mexico according to ETA (estimated time of arrival); we also manage our suppliers portal and assist them with inquiries on any of the reports included and troubleshoot any issues with ASN (Advanced Shipment Notice), inventory status and discrepancies. as a Supplier Care my role is to also work alongside our management team and our warehouse clerks to troubleshoot any internal issue that may be encountered in WMS(warehouse management System) by escalating any requests to our IT support team, work as a master item set up by properly setting up new items in our system so they can be received and stored properly, work discrepancies with our inventory teams and provide daily follow up to internal reports required by management and our suppliers.
