• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons.• Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints• Maintaining internal databases and print company documents as needed.• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management• Organization, agenda planning, identification and assignment of actions and tasks, determine forward plans for the business of the organization in consultation with the Chief Executive and ED Ops. • Act as the budget holder for the general administration budget and take a leading role in budgeting setting activity with the department. • Undertake project work, including organizational wide change programs and developments, as directed by the CEO. • Implement the company’s external and internal communication strategies including media relations, crisis communication and reputation management.• Liaise with Operations, Marketing, Management, and other functional areas, towards supporting the company’s values and core branding activities.• Undertake any other duties commensurate with the grade as requested by the Directors and CEO.

• Responsible for providing accounting services to the assigned unit to ensure accurate and timely finance and accounting service delivery.• Performs routine tasks relevant to assigned section in accordance to the finance & accounting policies and procedures set by the business unit.• Developing and managing internal information resources and networks.• Classifying, collating and storing information, using computer applications.• Management and maintenance of all computer system in the organization.• Manage contract with external suppliers of IT equipment.• Billing/ Disbursement Officer, Programing of Pro-forma Disbursement Accounts
