echelon Consultancy specialises in providing advice, support and training to public sector housing organisations, primarily in the field of asset management.Alongside being on the board of directors and my position as managing director, I have a diverse role across the operational aspects of the business, leading project teams on options appraisals, business review and transformation projects, and procurement processes.As well as managing a wide range of procurement projects, I also work with clients to assess and manage risk, reviewing and challenging processes, developing improvements in service delivery and conducting reviews of operational delivery models, with a view to moulding them into procurement models.

I joined the board of Fortis Living, a Worcester-based housing provider, in 2015 through to its merger with Waterloo Housing in 2018. Following the merger, I diverted my attention to Platform Property Care, the in-house delivery team of the newly-formed Platform Housing.As a board member of Platform Property Care I assist the organisation to deliver repairs, planned and cyclical works and grounds maintenance services to the 45,000 properties under the Platform Housing brand.
