Arrive at the shop and go over customer list for the day. Each Job is give or take two hours long; we drive to the location with all the tools necessary to complete the job no matter what it may be. Responsibility include Promptness, digging at fast pace, locating problem and troubleshooting the cause, finding pipes and hidden wires, taking pressure from the homeowner's house, assessing ALL issues with irrigation system, checking if system is up to code, giving knowledgeable quotes to homeowner, & working efficiently is a must. Installing new pipes, systems, electrical wiring and drainage systems.

In early July I began as a propagator. I learned how to propagate every species of bougainvillea, and lantana; to oyster plants and coral vine. You name it and I've propagated it. Every weekend as nursery workers we took turns watering rows and making sure pots were heavy and no plants lagged behind. Going into October we began to learn how to work in the potting shed. Transferring plants of all sizes and color to bigger pots that would most certainly aid in their growth process. We watered them in, put them down and every other weekend got to check on their growth. I got a raise going into October of .50 cents which was a good feeling that helped me know for a fact, I was on track. I personally continued working in the potting shed and actually got assigned the duty of feeding the goats and donkey everyday. Towards the beginning of November we started putting plastic on all of the greenhouses which took up to mid-December. It was a very amazing process that took all hands-on deck and all ears on the boss. Once plastic was done, we began cutting back bougainvillea's and that was about when I put my two weeks' notice in. Aware that I was planning to move, I made sure that, if need be, I would be more than available in case of a freeze.

Make sure to repeat their order at least once during this process and check to make sure they're not hungry for any extra snacks. During this job it is super important to keep the costumer as happy and calm as possible with open conversation. Always help your co-workers, especially during the rush hours and keep a vigilante eye on all consumers.
