After working as a busser for a year in the Fed, I have become fully familiar with the restaurant settings, what do we serve, what do we value and how do we work. Having sufficient knowledge about the restaurant as the core, it allows me to focus more on my work flow and customer service. Through the time working as an waitress, now I have more experience interacting with customers, the appropriate up and down sell, and proceed payments at table or till. Following efficient capability, I have gradually received training as a host and proceed to tackle more host related tasks. With the time of trainig and learning, I have a better grasp of the flow in the restaurant and delegation of customer flows.
