•Lead regional NPI/VE/transition projects nominated by team leader, early Value contribution on BOM cost target and sample building schedule by working with regional and global RnD team, drive material commodity team members on all actions about projects, drive and make sure long term sustainable supplying with all related suppliers, work with cross functional team to achieve project OTD from VOC to mass production

1) Catch up customer VOC and generate CTQ2) Setup project timeline with cross functional support3) Drive R&D BOM release and preproduction 4) Manage key suppliers of the project and conduct quarterly business review ( including price negotiation)5) Control whole process of projects till products delivered to customers. 6)
