Supplier development in AP:1. Supplier development for quality related area, such as new supplier audit for selection/ qualification/annual supplier audit, follow up of audit activity etc.2. Facilitate the test items/plan in specification during the new material qualification phase between tesa & supplier sides.3. Supplier performance monitoring include supplier KPI PPM, SCAR, OTD, in terms of quality, delivery collaboration and continuous improvement.4. Technical support and guidance on problems solving for supplier quality issues which found during incoming / production / customer side, and following up the effectiveness of supplier's corrective and preventive actions;5. Leading the PPAP (new/changed sample approve process), facilitating the agreements of material specification between tesa and supplier side.6. Responsible for the localization of material, validate the quality performance & qualify the local suppliers.7. Support global projects in Asian area for SD part.8. Audit supporting including internal audit & 3rd party audit.QMS:1. Leading the implementation & certification according to IATF 16949:2016 in tesa Suzhou. Responsible to maintain the Quality Management System in tPS in accordance with the relative quality standard and tesa group practice.2. Responsible of the periodical audit of the process control and the performance of the QMS to ensure the continual improvement of the QMS and the organization as a whole.3. Taking care of internal training related to quality part and maintain document system in QMS.

1. Dealing material in-line issues, holding weekly quality meeting with suppliers and tacking the CAs. Reduce the escape rate, Assist supply chain to develop new supplier.2. Tracking the BOL quality, yield and preparing report regularly. Trace the loss trend of hot part, highlight abnormal to related part owner. Work with team to investigate the root cause and provide the preventive action.3. Review the SLA system control limit to ensure the correct MES control in production line. Employ statistical analysis and design of experiment to analyze methods of inspection, testing and product quality.4. Internal self-audit to detect field problem, define the root causes and develop corrective actions. Come out and implement procedures, process and methods promoting prevention techniques for continuous improvement.5. Coordinates with other departments regarding customer complaints, quality of parts, inspection processes and product quality questions.

1. Leading daily meeting of IQC, dealing incoming inspection issues, NG materials, MRB/RTV and routines.2. Participate in new product introduction and ECN, prepare setup and review the introduction status, finish the materials verification before MP.5. Dealing all raw materials Incoming and in-line issues, tacking the SCAR and CA/PA.6. Filtration & managing DFMs from PCB or SMT, shorten the new product exploitation time and cost.
