-Lead a team of 5 persons to deliver best-in-class beverage industry insights by integrating different research sources (like continuous analytics for retail measurement, consumer research, online solutions, etc.) -Provide in-depth industry studies to help Nielsen clients and external public community to understand the fast evolving China market -Act as business consultant, Work closely with Nielsen CBP team to take care of 8+ clients by providing market intelligence like industry/category evolvement, competitive analysis, emerging channel study etc. -Participate in building internal industry intelligence platform, including Monthly Industry Pulse, bi-monthly industry sharing, etc.

Retail Measurement Service, Location & Observation Analytics, Client Service- to serve and develop new clients(mainly store observation, and effectiveness study);- to manage customised projects independently: prepare proposal, design questionaire, quotation, negotiation, write report, deliver(present) report(PPT & excel) with insight and accuracy;- to manage client expectations and coodinate internal resources, work under pressure;- rich experience in serving MNC & Local clients acorss FMCG categories: Wrigley, Unilever, Mondleze, Abbot, Hershey's, J&J, Proya, etc.

-Assure data quality by conducting QC checks on market research projects (spread across all methodologies, i.e., SACL, CLT, CATI, DTD ect.)according to the QC standard/ SOPS, providing feedback and report in a timely manner-Managing QC part-time resource in a cost effective & efficiency way-Develop, drive and implement quality initiatives that cope with business needs and company values/objectives.-Ensure compliance of local practice to industrial standard and company requirement.-Analyze quality rejects and process failure in order to provide recommendation to related function for continuous improvement.
