- Analyze and define key sourcing parameters for NPI, as well as cooperate with colleagues in Shanghai to source and set up Supply Chain in Asia.- Facilitate in the management of current projects and suppliers.- Coordinate with sales and marketing efforts in new business development in North America

- Collaborate with internal clients, qualifying and measuring the performance of the regional supplier base with the use of lean manufacturing tools.- Provide sourcing services to global operations to support aggressive corporate LCR sourcing program, drive $80M annualized spending with average 30% savings in Asia. Working with international teams in a multi-project environment. Lead and coordinate with international sites to define, plan and implement global sourcing projects. Travel to international sites as needed.- Identify and develop stable regional supply base based on global sourcing strategy and project needs.- Lead global casting transition project, improve sourcing strategy, re-establish relationship, and supply worldwide to ensure QDC excellent performances.- Support new product development. Coordinate regional supplier development efforts. Develop & maintain the sourcing database and incorporate into global souring philosophy. Establish master agreements and cultivate long-term relationships with suppliers.

As engineering focal point with key customer, analyze and understand customer drawings and technical requirements. Transfer customer drawings into internal drawings. Release ECO.Lead product cost evaluation, production feasibility, reliability test, trial run.Cooperate with other departments to define, track master project schedule and implement new product launch, to fulfill customer requirements.Lead PPAP process. Analyze PRR, define Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP setup, online SPC, monitor PPAP run, follow up corrective action and process optimization.Participate in key supplier qualification and improvement based on customer requirements.
