Current1. Work closely with hiring manager and HR partners to identify the staffing needs and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet all assigned staffing metrics and in accordance with company policies and standards. Clarify job requirement with hiring manager and create reasonable position description with standard format. CV screening and sourcing candidate through effective channels including cold calls, net working, internet postings and maximization of employee referral candidates for assigned postings. Take initiatives to track, analyze and update recruitment status to each business so that hiring managers can have fully awareness of recruitment possibilities and then change the recruitment strategy if necessary. Manage all the offers process including salary recommendation, offer letters generation, offer approvals and offer response with candidate Develop screening & assessment tools. Build a pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts.2. Company social medial recruitment platform maintain and development to build up talent pool and company image promotion.3. Employee on-boarding and exit facilitation and management.4. Support training program’s implementation in local, which include pre-training assessment, logistic arrangement, after-training follow up and etc.5. In charge of trainee program, keep good relationship with university and professional association to find young potentials. Design and implement on board plan of the program and facilitate review activities independently. 6. Provide effective support and assistance to HRVP base on requirement. 7.
