1. Recruiting: Be responsible for R&D department recruitment in SDSS & SDSM, and hired 14 employees in SDSS & 2 employees in SDSM;2. University Hiring: In charge of 2016 University Hiring program as a project leader, collect HC needs, make project proposal, conduct 7 campus talk, Screen CV, conduct interviews for more than 600 students, negotiate and deliver offer with candidates;3. Recruiting Project: In charge of E-channel Development & College Hiring project as a project leader, successfully lunch WeChat hiring public account, make proposal and communicate with business about 2015 Summer Intern program;4. HR Project: facilitate 2015 NCG training program, work out NCG training schedule, organize training and activities, facilitate Site Management program, work out project proposal and facilitate project deliver.
