I have 30 years of client based experience, most commonly in a leadership role. My style of leadership is by example and self-guided. I provide the tools, mentorship, and guidance, those I lead provide the drive, curiosity, and self-management. I enjoy training people, giving insight from other perspectives, and encouraging growth through emotional intelligence in a client first industry. I also encourage autonomy, self-reliance, time management focus, and making the career fit the individual, not the other way around. I strive for accessibility as a default in the workplace. Working closely with UI teams to find ways we can provide more solutions to our customers and associates with varying needs of access. I am currently working on projects that help associates that may be hard of hearing, deaf, or have auditory processing disorders use phone systems to engage with clients in the same manner a hearing individual would.
