Provide and foster a safe and welcoming environment for residents. Ensure the safety and security of residents and residence buildings. Build a community for residents, as well as build relationships with residents. Provide peer helping when needed. Administrative work, such as weekly reports and writing logs when community standards are broken. Be able to handle emergencies and work with emergency personnel when needed. Plan and facilitate programming for residents of floor, house, or residential area on a variety of topics. Plan and facilitate residence wide events for 500+ students, such as Residence Advisor Auction, and Let’s Talk About Sex

Provide supervision and a nurturing environment for student campers, encouraging participation and ensuring safety. Maintain communication with coordinators and administrative staff regarding activity logistics and any issues within students or staff. Supervise live-in monitor team, be first point of contact for questions and concerns, and foster teamwork. Submit nightly logbooks on behalf of team.
