Act as Production Planning, ensures Production on schedule, meet OTFP/OTTR targets

Participate in NPI whole process from the beginning to final release on ECN management and material master data control, output each phase gate deliverables on time and on quality based on the project schedule.a. Familiar with NPI process from designing down to mass production, as well as cross functional deliverables on each project phase gate.b. Familiar with products manufacturing process both for mechanical products and electronic products.c. Have a good master of SAP system. Create new material in SAP. Create/change for shipping SKUs and subassemblies BOM. Create and change routers. understand the technical process.Review and apply for project team member appropriate SAP rule and set up the project specific workflow DA etc.d. Business environment set up in SAP, for instance, product hierarchy, profit center and lab of office etc... e. Cross functional SAP material master set up and update, and extend material from other regions and plant to Suzhou plant.f. Review and Upload new drawings to SAP, ROHS compliant, new material active.g. Communicate fully with Engineer, planning, sourcing on each ECN change related including change reason, change content, stocks both in HW and supplier, material disposition, new material effective date, etc. to ensure the reasonability and traceability of ECN change.h. Communicate with engineering on BOM structure, set up BOM prior to DVT into SAP and initiate ECN process to formal release.i. Initiate new material SharePoint active process，cooperate with sourcing, SAP Super User，ME to set up Routing, Sourcing PIR, costing PIR, standard cost release and active material to orderable status.j. Costing run for new SKU and release initial standard cost to SZ 5811 plant.k. SKU sourcing plants material master SAP extension, Transfer Price release and active.
