Position：HRBP Key Responsibilities：• Fully responsible for all WirelessCar CN PC function. partners with business leaders to execute talent acquisition, talent development,employee engagement, performance management, HR branding etc. • Deploy whole cycle hiring planning, recruitment management based on business request. Provide multiple TA solutions in a Right & Fast manner.• HR Advocate and Consultancy: act as coach and confidant to communicate/ provide HR polices, guidelines and procedures to people leaders and employees• TD, deliver local training series to enhance leadership management capabilities and cross cultural communication in WCar CN• Performance management: involve in global performance management project and peers recognition project, work with HR team closely, foster and sync contribution culture in CN.• HR activities/ branding: lead a series of employee activities, including family day, job fair and outdoor activities, improved the employee happiness, satisfaction and engagement. • Keep flexible, contribute on Marketing, compliance, Goble mobility,Lunch talk sharing etc.
