Job Description: Be involved in Expo-related projects. My main job included: new sales channels development, marketing plan proposal making, developing and maintaining relationship with customers, product positioning, new media sources exploit, media source maintain. Main responsibilities: 1) Expo guide map business team: participate in Expo guide map planning, new customers development for publishing advertisement on Expo guide map. New media sources development for business cooperation. Be responsible for activities publishing of Theme Experience Tour in Delta Region of Yangtze River with Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration.2) Pavilion commemorative stamps team: be accredited to the Expo Bureau as main correspondent, responsible for contacting and maintaining the relationship with all pavilions on commemorative stamps issues. Successfully establish the relationship with over 300 pavilions within 2 months, enable over 90% pavilions participate in Expo stamping activities.3) Expo relevant gifts business team: be in charge of the post-Expo products business team. Develop and maintain new channels of products sales.

Job Description: Be in charge of all the administration jobs, cashier, human resource of shanghai office. Also work as the general director's assistant. Main responsibilities: 1)Set up and manage company administration system; 2)Set up and manage project filing system; 3)Be in charge of recruitment, including recruitment advertisement publishment, registration/resignation procedure. Set up and manage labor contract, personnel manual & employee working assessment; 4)Be in charge of cash and bank flow, make monthly/annual accounting record and summary; 5)Set up and manage company server and computer security system; 6)Be in charge of office renting; 7)Draft and manage project tender documents and project contracts, follow up project payment; 8)Be in charge of establishing company website, making company brochure and namecards; 9)Assist with company registration; 10)Assist the director with other daily work
