I worked in Coaching, Organization Development, Leadership and People development since 1993, having lived and worked in several countries in North America, Europe and Asia. Fluent in English and Mandarin, I have lived in S'pore since 2004. I spent about half of my career in full time roles in MNC like Intel, Nestle, Unilever, Credit Swiss, then the recent half as partner at top tier consulting firm, and running my own consulting firm since 2010. I am always fascinated by the human dynamics we create with others and how much they can affect our success and happiness at work place and also in society. My strength is to quickly create an open and trusting group dynamic for people to dare to be vulnerable, to try out new things, to constructively confront each other to enable deep and authentic relationship. My skill is to facilitate crucial conversations between leader and team members, also across functions to enhance collaboration. My passion is to support and challenge individual in the internal process of grounding self. I work as an independent consultant/coach since 2010, helping organizations and teams to build effective working relationship, providing leadership development and coaching to leaders. I have worked with many global MNC's and been recognized for the depth and quality of my work.
