1. As the role of HRBP for PI,RA and HEGA, responsible for recruitment, talent development , performance and ER management; and also responsible for recruitment and ER management for the North of other BU:IC,CRM and Endo. The main work as follows:• Recruitment and Organizational strategy− Work closely with BU members , understand their business and challenges, collaborate with them to formulate organizational strategy and talent recruitment plan.− Identify recruitment needs with BU and Line manager, complete the recruitment plans for PI,RA and HEGA team and the North of IC,CRM and Endo.− Channelmanagement: develop and maintain the recruiting channel• Talent development and retention− Work out and implement a learning & development plan for different level of RA and HGEA employees, including: soft skill, professional skill ,and leadership training• Performance management:− Work out an effective reward & recognition plan for RA team--special incentive plan to engage and incentivize employees to support performance driven culture− Communicate and implement the plan with RA team• Employee Relations：− Mainly responsible for the ER cases of north china, such as employee communication; employee turnover , Labor contract and so on2. HR Project: • Employee engagement & satisfaction project: Employee Council• Internal Communication initiative：We Chat Project• Goals and Performance Module ：GPM Launch Project• Campus recruitment program3. Office Administration Management:• The daily management of Beijing office• Beijing office culture construction activities:“Wellness Week” , “ Lovely breakfast” and“ Family Day ”• Project: decoration& renovation of Beijing office
