Conduct eligibility and pre-enrollment assessments with potential participants from diverse demographics, build career development plans with strategic direction, detailing actionable and realistic activities, and provide ongoing case management;Provide one-on-one assistance to help New Arriving Americans prepare their resumes during the training period, look for appropriate job opportunities, and practice interview skills;Provide individual mentorship on resume writing, interview preparation, job search techniques, and other skills related to career advancement;

Complete and maintain records and documentation of participants from diverse demographics by documenting client interactions, maintaining statistical data, completing individual files, and tracking medical needs and services. Perform client intake based on established criteria.Coordinate and assist staff/volunteers with providing other supportive services, guiding guests through the airport, and receiving, and organizing donations. Welcome New Arriving Americans, inform them of the available aid and make them comfortable by providing support, food, hygiene items, clothing, and shelter.
