I thrive in a challenging work environment. I am able to multitask working independently or as part of a socially distanced team.As a property manager I have dealt with properties in transition for private owners and most recently a low-income tax credit property owned by the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Clara. I have updated lease agreements, enforced property and community rules, and dealt with upset tenants.At the moment I am enjoying a challenging career as a Homeowner's Association manager for a management company in the Southbay. My portfolio of Homeowners Association includes Planned Urban Developments, condominiums, and single family residences. I am always happy to work with new vendors or attend networking events.During my time with Bank of America I was transferred to three understaffed banking centers that lacked operations leadership. Many of the tellers that I mentored and trained went on to become bank officers and banking center managers. Specialties: Team building and communication.
