Current• Manage team members to ensure accountability on all project milestones.• Analyze markets to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.• Project manage R&D pipeline from conception to commercialization.• Update internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and deliverables.• Write, review, and approve literature in accordance with FDA regulations and industry standards.• Submit regulatory documentation to various reporting agencies, including the FDA.• Disseminate clinical information to healthcare databases, such as FDB Health and Medi-Span.• Communicate with vendors regarding product development, open orders, etc.• Prepare pipeline reports and inventory analyses for executive review.• Monitor inventory levels and analyze sales trends to maintain adequate inventory.• Schedule and manage shipments with various third-party logistics providers.• Collaborate with the quality assurance department to ensure product safety and efficacy.• Monitor and analyze product returns.• Facilitate new product launches with internal and external stakeholders.
