I am a senior level results-oriented professional and strategist with two decades of management and coaching experience in the financial services sector. I have designed and implemented successful and proven practice management and relationship management training programs.As a new financial advisor 20 years ago, I attended a seminar led by Duncan MacPherson. All concepts presented resonated with me. Excited by the new and innovative processes of success, and the new understanding of Pareto’s loyalty ladder, I purchased the original Turn-Key Marketing Program from Duncan. This was a binder with a series of cassettes (yes, the highest of current technology - cassettes). This program shaped my growth as a financial professional. As my company and branch evolved, I was asked to take on management of the branch. As I presented Pareto concepts to my advisors, we quickly grew from a marginal branch office, to a successful award-winning branch.I then began to teach the concepts to others in the firm, and soon I was coaching and training all other branch managers and top advisors. From there, I became an independent coach for elite advisors. I’m thrilled to be representing the Pareto system as a Pareto Coach.
