Mathematical modeling of Non-Equilibrium Gas Flows

I was fortunate to have been able to take part in the prestigious Guest Student Programme at Jülich Supercomputing Center in 2019.During my time there I have worked on:(1) implementing an ODE-solver named ESERK, developed by Dr. Andreas Kleefeld, in C++,(2) and improving the solver speed-up by parallelising and optimising.The internship concluded with a dissemination in the form of colloquium.

While attending a course on "Biological and Medical Fluid Mechancs" course, I have got the opportunity to work as a graduate student research assistant at the Aerodynamics Institute Aachen (AIA) in RWTH Aachen university. Conducted a study on Thermal Analysis of Lithium ion battery.The main objectives of the internship were: (1) studying how various anode and cathode material compositions affect charging and discharging cycles of a lithium ion cell, (2) finding a relation between temperature and charging cycles of Lithium ion batteries.
