• Answering questions for borrowers, maintain their information in the company system, ensures payments are being made as needed.• Utilizing a variety of tools, systems, and information technologies to provide accurate, customer-friendly information to customers and are experts.• Documenting information from each borrower contact to ensure data is available to support Federal Regulations requirements.

• Specimen collection, client service and reception desk duties, ordering/ scheduling/ billing functions, laboratory testing, phlebotomy, dispatching, specimen processing, centrifuging, delivery of specimens to appropriate lab/ department and assuring proper efficiency and workflow management.• Serving as a resource for questions from hospital and clinic staff regarding specimen handling and processing.

• Communicating and explaining basic account information to the customer including their billing statement, products and services, with focus on first-call resolution.• Working in a fast- paced, structured, dynamic and high- transaction environment with the ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations and manage and diffuse angry or upset customers.• Multitask between multiple tools and systems (knowledge base, team meetings) and apply information and knowledge to customer situations.
