As COO, I am a key member of the leadership team at Savas, working along side the CEO to help set a vision for the future of the company through strategic and operational improvements. I provide aid in diverse business operations, lead marketing improvements and brand positioning, as well as oversee inbound and proactive business opportunities. My responsibilities include both strategic and operational focuses including:• Collaborate with CEO to set strategic, growth, and larger company goals• Establish policies and initiatives that promote company culture and vision• Contribute to, recruit for and help oversee account and project management • Oversee marketing and business development efforts• Propose and develop new strategic partnerships• Develop and manage relationships with prospective clients, influencers and key stakeholders

• Lead a broad range of explorative, account, and new business-related engagements. • Partner directly with the CEO and directors to evolve the creative strategy and emerging technology disciplines within the agency.• Develop key partnerships within and outside of Viget and oversee several key accounts (past and present) that include Adult Swim, NBC Sports, Lenovo, Dick’s Sporting Goods, iContact and Duke University.• Lead business development efforts out of the Durham office and surrounding Southeast region and all experiential, IoT, and hardware product related opportunities.

•Lead production team in the development of digital brand marketing initiatives for clients that include Qwest/CenturyLink, Nasdaq, Qwest, Nationwide, Southern Comfort and Virgin Atlantic•Develop, implement and manage multiple projects with supervision of creative quality, timing and budget•Work closely with both external vendors and internal digital studio resources to execute creative•Provide mentorship and training to Interactive Production Coordinators

•Manage all aspects of budget and schedule for multiple broadcast productions for clients that include Coldwell Banker, Nasdaq, Polaris, and Qwest•Work closely with business affairs manager in clearing talent and usage for SAG and AFTRA •Coordinate and supervise the approval process of creative both internally and with the client•Help secure new business wins by leading production on multiple video elements in pitches

•Manage video library, producing and shipping numerous TV dubs for their scheduled airdate•Lead radio production for a number of clients including Audi, Polaris, Travelocity and Qwest

Serious Robots Editorial•Assist editorial team in the completion of national commercials and broadcast shows•Capture and organize media for both offline and online edit suites•Assistant Editor credits include a number of Discovery and TLC shows including Jon & Kate Plus 8

•Assist producers with production aspects of daily broadcasts including news writing for teases•Verify facts with investigative reporters for breaking news stories•Facilitate viewer call-in segments for newscasts

•Write news releases and coordinate events•Develop and pitch stories to major media outlets for clients
